I just bought a 2026 Hyundai Santa Fe hybrid from Woodhouse Hyundai. This is the second car I have purchased from them. They have a lot of inventory which makes it much easier to find the right vehicle. Mike Gold was the sales guy on both; he is easy to work with and knows the vehicles.

Whew, where to start? Mine was a kind of crazy ride, no pun intended. I just want to say upfront Woodhouse was not the cause of any of the calamities that happened. First, I found my dream car here! Dez was so patient, kind and helpful. He found me a car I didn't even know I wanted when I went there but was SOOOOO HAPPY that he found it. I found a 2026 Santa Fe TRX, red, black interior, so out of my comfort level. To me it was fabulous. Then starts the crazy -- I had an accident with it after 3 weeks. Didn't even have it registered yet. I want to say it wasn't my fault. It was totaled and there I was back at the door at Woodhouse. They were so kind and understanding. This time I stayed in my lane and got something a little more fitting for me. Dez took just as much time and showed as much patience as the first time. I just told him what I was looking for and we talked about several cars, and he showed me a couple until I found the one that was right for me, this time a Tucson. Nate in finance was helpful, kind and answered all my questions. Everyone is very professional and courteous. A situation that started out great and got very bumpy along the way, turned out with a happy ending. I got two cars from them in the span of one month. I am very satisfied and will be back there again in the future.

We worked with José from Woodhouse Hyundai throughout the car leasing/trade in process. He was great!! Very down to earth, knowledgeable, and informative. I never once felt like he was trying to squeeze extra money out of me, or pressuring me into making any choices. He was very transparent and patiently answered all our questions. He even brought in a car for us to test drive that wasn’t initially on their lot. We were there a while, and he stuck with us through the entire thing. I am very grateful for his assistance! It made for a non-stressful leasing experience, and, so far, I am very satisfied with the Hyundai Elantra Hybrid I ended up leasing! José has checked in with me a few times since the purchase- which I also appreciate! I would not hesitate to go back to Woodhouse for maintenance or a future purchase. Also—final note: Their snacks, drinks, and TV’s in the waiting room were very much appreciated! 😆

After several trying experiences to buy a new SUV Dez and the Woodhouse team were exactly what we needed. The process was easy and when a problem arose they were quick and very responsive to make sure it was fixed and we were taken care of. Even after the buying process was over Dez has checked in and ensured that we have his contact info incase we need anything.

10/10 experience with hyundai, from leasing then to buying my car. Jose was consistent, efficient, and friendly Nate made the financing process easy, explained everything, got me in and out of there.

Mason at Hyundai Woodhouse was wonderful to work with. He took the time to go over all the features of the vehicle I purchased, and went above and beyond to make sure I got the financing I was seeking. I typically dread car shopping, I feel like dealerships see wallets and dollar signs over peoples needs and livelihood. I was thankful that Mason helped make this a positive experience.

If you’re looking for someone who knows cars, treats customers like actual humans, and doesn’t make the process feel like a hostage negotiation, ask for Chris Risling. I trust him to assemble IKEA furniture without instructions. His patience should probably be studied by scientists. Jeremy is the man when it comes to making buying a car smooth and easy (and FUN!!). I never had so much fun buying something. Jeremy took a little extra time to show me some of the newer things on my brand new Hyundai Palisade Hybrid. I love it!!

My wife and I went to Woodhouse Hyundai of Omaha last week to purchase a suv. Our sales person was a guy a Dezmond. A very knowledgeable and polite gentleman. I knew what I wanted from looking online so my wife and I went in… While completing my purchase my wifey asked Dezmond about a couple other cars. Make long story we short we left with a suv and a car……. Amazing customer service from the whole team there. I’d definitely recommend them and ask for Dezmond Harris! You can’t go wrong .
